In fact, installing the new AT2 slip-on brings an impressive 8.3 pound reduction in weight, with the stock muffler weighing 13.4 lbs versus just 5.1 lbs for the Yoshimura AT2 slip-on. Beyond the numbers, this is a component that transforms both the sound and the visual presence of your Street Triple, delivering that unmistakable Yoshimura character every time you twist the throttle.

The AT2's design cues go far beyond a simple end cap swap. The muffler sleeve of the AT2 exhaust was redesigned with harder lines and a big eye-catching AT2 logo, while new styling cues include an aggressively styled matte finish carbon fiber end cap complimented by a facet-formed tip precisely trimmed using a 3-D laser cutting machine, along with a new matte finish carbon heel guard. All of it is finished in Yoshimura's signature Works coating, which takes on a unique coloring after it goes through a heat cycle on the motorcycle that looks much like the titanium works components used by Yoshimura's factory racers.
