Free Shipping

Orders over $100 shipped to addresses in the contiguous United States qualify for our free Standard Shipping offer. Shipping timeframes are quoted in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing and Delivery Times

• Most in-stock items ship the same business day from our Southern California distribution center. Some items ship directly from our distributors or manufacturers and may arrive in separate shipments.
• A shipping confirmation email with carrier-specific tracking information is typically sent within 24 hours of your item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information Tuesday.
• Availability status is shown on the product page once a size/color is selected.

Carriers

Most shipments within the lower 48 contiguous states are delivered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

International Shipping

Please contact us for any international shipments and we will get you a custom quote.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact us at 949-404-0873 or support@discountmotogear.com as soon as possible so we can assist with a carrier claim and make it right.

Risk of Loss

As described in our Terms and Conditions, title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier; however, we will always work with you and the carrier to resolve shipping problems.
