At DMG Motorsports, we present the Vortex CAT5 Rear Sprocket 526ZK-47 — a 47-tooth, 525-pitch aluminum rear sprocket engineered for Suzuki and Triumph applications that demand less rotating mass and more attitude. Vortex starts with a specially formulated 7075 aluminum alloy, anodizes it first, then CNC machines the finished profile so the black-anodized surface reveals bright silver highlights right through the machined tooth faces and mud grooves. The result is a sprocket that looks as aggressive as it performs, dropping weight versus a bulky OEM steel sprocket to help sharpen acceleration and handling.
Every CAT5 sprocket is 100% CNC manufactured to Vortex's own specification, giving racers and street riders alike a component that has earned trust on the podium. The unique saber-tooth groove design isn't just for looks — it's engineered to extend chain and sprocket life while keeping the drivetrain running smooth and quiet. Whether you're chasing lap times or just want your bike to look as fast standing still as it is on the road, this sprocket delivers the performance edge and finish quality Vortex is known for.
