The SHOEI RF-1400 Helmet - Matte Black, part of the SHOEI RF line, is a testament to SHOEI's commitment to innovation. Introduced in 2021, this road riding helmet has undergone extensive testing in SHOEI's wind tunnel facility, where its aerodynamics and ventilation were studied and perfected.

Featuring six air intake and four exhaust vents for superior cooling, this helmet beats its predecessor, the RF-1200, in terms of reduced upward lift and drag. It has a new airtight window beading that guarantees a wind and waterproof shield. The CWR-F2 shield provides a clear view and safeguards against harmful UV rays, with its release button conveniently at the center for smooth lifting.

A solid construction of multiple fiberglass layers and a dual-layer, multi-density EPS liner ensures optimum protection upon impact. The Max-Dry interior material efficiently absorbs and disperses sweat, offering two times quicker drying than traditional nylon interiors. This liner can be removed and washed. The helmet, weighing 3 pounds 10 ounces, is Snell M2025D and DOT-218 approved. It is available in multiple colors and graphics and now in 3XL sizes as well.
