Its automatic charging, recovery and maintenance functions help keep compatible batteries ready for use.

• Charges and maintains 12 volt lead acid, gel, lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) and lithium ion polymer powersport batteries
• Delivers a 2 amp constant-current charge when battery voltage is over 10 volts, until reaching 14.2 volts
• Automatically changes to maintenance mode at 14.2 volts and returns to charge mode when voltage drops
• Low-voltage recovery applies .2 amp below 8 volts, .5 amp at 8 volts and a full 2 amp charge at 10 volts
• Automatic verification stops charging if the battery does not reach at least 10 volts after 2 hours
• Power is not passed through the charging leads unless connected to a battery
