Description

At DMG Motorsports, we present the EBC DRC117 Dirt Racer Clutch Set, a complete clutch rebuild solution for select MX and ATV applications. This kit combines friction plates, steel plates, and heavy-duty springs to help restore proper clutch stack height and deliver firm, consistent clutch engagement for competition riding.

Features:

Complete kit with friction plates, steel driven plates, and clutch springs
Includes 7 friction plates, 8 steel plates, and 6 springs
Stack height controlled to 20.60 mm, with a 20.20–20.80 mm specification range
Alloy particle impregnated clutch facings designed to resist burn-up and slippage
Pin-planished steel plates help distribute oil across clutch surfaces
Heavy-duty springs are uprated by 10–15% for stronger plate clamping
Not intended for use with fully synthetic oils
